Grit Bins within the Parish

The Parish of Swallowcliffe has 5 grit bins. These are filled by Wiltshire Council highways team. Members of the Parish Council also audit them one a year to check they are still there and in good working order. If you spot that one of the bins starts to get low on salt this winter then please do let the Parish Clerk know and we will try our best to get it refilled.

Also, if your aware of an area that is in need of a grit bin, again do let the Parish Clerk know as it may be possible to have one installed.
